Rest is essential for our health and wellbeing - we know this to be true. However, how do we practice this, and how do we fit it into every day? Creating the space for Deep Rest on Retreat, you will have the opportunity to allow rest to become a natural part of every day, which you can carry back into daily life in ways that feel sustainable and practical for your lifestyle.
 
GETTING THERE
Fly into the nearest local airport, Corfu Airport, or land in Athens and fly across Greece to Corfu, where you take the boat for Paxos. Alternatively fly into an Italian Airport and take the train to Bari, where you take the (slower) boat to Greece.
 
BOOKING
On placing your deposit add your accommodation request into the NOTES section. OR contact us to learn about available accommodation. We will endeavour to provide you with your first option. If we cannot do this we will call you to discuss other accommodation options. To learn more about the available accommodation please email info@massageyoga.com.au before booking.

3 x Massoga® Massage Yoga practices, a restorative yin yoga combined with massage for the most relaxed you will ever feel
Slow Yoga, a Hatha practice to challenge the body gently with movement. Strength and conditioning offered with modifications, and no yoga experience necessary.
Deep Rest Meditation, a seated practice to encourage clarity, awareness and presence
Hiking and walks into Longs and Lakka and the beautiful remote surrounds of Paxos Island,
Fee time on the beach, and to explore the Mediterranean island lifestyle.

Retreat package do not include the following;
- International or domestic Flights to/within Greece.
- Transfers to Paxos Island.
- Travel Insurance. *It is highly recommended you take out travel insurance.
- Any medical expenses that occur on, before or after retreat.
- Alcoholic beverages are not supplied on retreat or on excursions.
- Additional private treatments.
 
Terms & Conditions (PLEASE READ)
Your place on retreat is not confirmed until your deposit is received.
Deposit payments are non-refundable.
Deposit payments for retreat are fully transferable to retreat future dates, see Rescheduling Terms.
Your package must be paid in full with 3 months of your retreat date.
Massoga® Pty. Ltd. will endeavour to maintain the retreat package as advertised. If events outside of the organisers control should arise, they retains the right to room, date, location, and or schedule changes with limited notice.
 
Payment Options (PLEASE READ)
Place your deposit to secure your place on retreat. Your deposit is non refundable. It is transferable to other retreat dates up to 6 months prior to the original retreat dates booked.
Once you have paid your deposit a member of the Massoga® Team will be in touch to confirm your accommodation option.
Paying a deposit for a Massoga® Retreat holds your place for the Retreat, and requires full payment for your chosen package at least 90 days prior to your chosen retreat date. Alternatively you can pay in instalments on a payment plan.
Payment plans are availble with 3 instalment payments, payments to be completed 3 months prior to retreat dates.
If you are booking within 60 days of the retreat, you are required to pay the balance within 14 days of paying your deposit.
If you are booking within 30 days of retreat, you are required to pay the balance within 7 days of paying your deposit.

Reschedule (PLEASE READ)
You are welcome to reschedule your retreat free of charge 6 months prior to retreat dates booked.
Rescheduling within 6 months incurs a 25% transfer fee.
Rescheduling within 3 months incurs a 50% transfer fee.
Rescheduling within 1 months incurs a 75% transfer fee.
 
Cancellation (PLEASE READ)
Cancelling your place on retreat with more than 6 months to your retreat entitles you to a full refund, excluding the deposit payment.
Cancelling within 6 months incurs a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancelling within 3 months incurs a 100% cancellation fee.
