> This is a lifetime deposit and can be put toward any available Massoga® Retreat.
> This deposit if non-refundable.
> This deposit is only redeemable against an overnight Massoga® Retreat .
> If you originally booked a Loveshamanka Massoga® collaboration you can transfer this deposit to either another collaboration or any retreat that Loveshamanka or Massoga® run independently. Please communicate your preference on booking your next retreat.
> Full payment of your retreat package can be made in instalments or paid in full, and the balance is due 90 days prior to your retreat date.
> Once your deposit is paid online you will receive an email from info@massageyoga.com.au asking for your *retreat and *accommodation choice. *Dependant on availability.
> Placing your deposit does not guarantee your first choice in accommodation. You must confirm a retreat date and request accommodation with the Massoga® Team.
> If you refer a friend to attend any Massoga® Retreat you will receive an additional discount on your balance invoice. Please refer to your offer email to confirm the total referral discount you will receive. The referral fee cannot be exchanged for cash.
> The retreat organiser retains the right to cancel any retreat whereby a full refund including deposit payments will be issued to all customers. Refunds will not be issued for a reschedule or change of mind.
> In the event of Covid-19 or any other world event causing the retreat to be rescheduled, refunds are available for all payments excluding your deposit. Your deposit is fully transferable. We request in the event of a world event that, to the best of your ability, you select an alternate date to retreat with Massoga® before requesting a refund. We appreciate your patronage.
