Through the 1 Giant Mind 3-Day Learn Meditation course with Wallis you will be given the tools to meditate on your own, with a technique that is simple to learn and effortless to implement.
We will practice together, share our experiences and learn more about the mind, how it operates and why rest in meditation is so important. In each session there will be plenty of time for Q&A.
This 3 day Learn Meditation course is faciliated on Zoom.

Beyond this course you will be invited to a free meditation class each week to assist in maintaining your practice, and cultivate a connection to the community.
