MY_Social is a new experience to build new levels of trust, understanding & connection with your partner, friend or family member.

On February 24th at Abbotsford Convent from 1-3pm Wallis and Stephanie will lead you through a 1 hour Massage Yoga session with a 1:4 teacher student ration (that's 7 massage therapists in the room!) followed by a 1 hour Partner Yin Yoga experience.

Through this time together you will synchronise breathing, postures & movement, paying attention to your partner’s body. You will rely on and lean on your partner and communicate non-verbally with each other. This is precious time for us to be together, connected and in touch.You can bring your intimate partner, or a precious friend or family member you want to connect on a deeper level with. This is the second time we are running MY_Social and we would love to share it with you. Places are limited.

Massage Yoga is specifically designed for working into flexibility, relaxation and stress release, with the addition of massage. The style of the practice is based in Yin Yoga, with a focus on reclined postures so you can get the most out of the massage element of the class. All of our teachers have massage or adjusting training.

This is a fully immersive experience with essential oils, music, yoga props, and intelligent sequencing designed to give you a deeper awareness of your body and mind, all combined with intuitive touch. This provides the perfect setting for deep release and relaxation. The experience is all encompassing!

**You are booking for 2 people, each ticket costs $65 each, so make sure your friend, family member or partner is available to attend with you on this date.

***Booking is essential*** and will be closed 3 days prior to the workshop. This is to ensure we book the correct number of Massage Therapists/Adjustors for the session.

Wear loose comfortable clothing - a long sleeve cotton top and yoga pants are ideal.

Everything you will need for the workshop is provided.
