We are taught that safety and stability lie outside of us – in our living, work, financial and relationship circumstances. Daily Massoga® practices will skill you in finding deep safety and stability within you, the very foundation of clear, open-hearted relationship to others.

Magnetic Island - or Maggi as it’s affectionately known to locals - is one of Australia’s hidden, untouched gems. A short ferry ride from Townsville, Far North Queensland, the relaxation starts as soon as you step foot in the terminal. If you’re a local, you know what to expect. If you’re making the trek from VIC, S.A or W.A., it’s well worth it!

Love cannot thrive in the midst of blaming or feeling blamed. Only when we can learn to dissolve blame can we have the love we yearn for.
